Get a content type

Returns one content type’s schema: its kind, title field and public field definitions.

Responses carry a weak ETag; send it back as If-None-Match to get 304 Not Modified. Cache-Control: private, max-age=30, stale-while-revalidate=120.

A type that does not exist, or that the key may not read, is a 404.
