List content types

Lists the content types this key can read, with their public field definitions. Private fields are left out.

content:readPublishable or secret key

Responses carry a weak ETag; send it back as If-None-Match to get 304 Not Modified. Cache-Control: private, max-age=30, stale-while-revalidate=120.

A key limited to some content types sees only those.
